When a Net 10 phone (LG model if needed) dials out for your voice mail is the number different?

Is everyones phone number different or the same? We are missing one number from his number for dialing out voice mail and I have now been on hold FOREVER with NET 10 and talking to everyone who is NOT american! If the number is the same we need that.
